Hello!I got the chance to do my friend's make up a while ago, and I know lots of us (including me!) have problems with hooded eyes / monolids / asian eyes.
This type of eyes have less to no visible eyelids when they open their eyes, and it is a little bit frustrating, at least for me.
I tried everything, from lid tape to makeup techniques, but I think I found the best way to do this.
The key is to make your eyebrows higher so that you have more eyelid space to work on.
I don't think written explanation would be enough, so here is some before and after pictures.
See the difference?
I created the illusion of more eyelid space by using eyeshadows only. To me, this is the best way to do it.
Lid tape can be annoying and it's kinda hard to pull off so I'm not a big fan of it.
And as you can see, I'm also not a big fan of heavy makeup. The less the better. Unless you are going to an event or something, then cake it up. Lol
Hope you like this, and feel free to drop me any questions :)
Oh, and I will be starting a private make-up class, if any of you are interested.
Please contact me through suhaysalim12@gmail.com
I will be teaching 1 - 4 people for each class to keep it focused.
Have a great day and I'll see you on my next post!
