Red Blood Smokey Eyes

Hi!

If you've been reading my blog, you'll know that I loooove red/wine colored eyeshadow, but this time I thought I'll make a red smokey eye with red waterline.

Half the way I was freaking out because it kinda look scary, hahaha! It looks like I got blood on my waterline, but I think it turned out quite nice, hope you like this one!

I posted this look a couple days ago on Instagram, and just had the chance to post here. This is not an everyday look, more like a party look or maybe for a photoshoot, hope you like it!

I used BH Cosmetics Take Me To Brazil Palette on top of NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk to make the color pop even more.

I made this look after I saw one of Nicki Minaj's photo on the internet. I have to say she's the one I would go to get inspiration for colorful makeup, because let's face it, her make up is crazy in a fun way.

I wouldn't go out looking like that, and I wouldn't recommend any of you to look like that either, but if you feel like it, then don't let anyone or anything stopping you! As one of my favorite quote (forgot where I heard it from, but this one has been stuck in my head for years):

"I don't get it, but if that's who you are, don't you dare be ashamed of it"

Life's too short to be someone you're not, right? :)

Fresh & Simple Make Up

Yo!

Still amazed by the quality of Make Over products, this time I use another one of their Trivia Eye Shadow and the Ultra Shine Lipstick. And again, I love them.

I swear to God this lipstick smells amazing! Exactly like MAC lipstick which I absolutely loooooveeee. It's quite opaque and pigmented too!

Today's post is about a local brand, Make Over. I've heard a lot of people raving about this brand, but I haven't tried them until a couple weeks ago when they launch their new product. And I honestly love Make Over! The quality is very good considering the price, it exceeded my expectation.
